Kindy's Musings....

A New Focus on Preventing Child Obesity

As we work to prevent childhood obesity, some interesting information demonstrates that we may have to start earlier.

This brings me back to my main interest as a registered dietitian to explore how to prevent child obesity and disordered eating in the younger generation....with the new fall season and a new year looming ahead, you will begin to see a renewed focus of this newsletter on articles, products, and recipes with the thread of preventing overweight families and children.

Enjoy the remaining fall leaves and take your children for a crisp fall walk this week!
