Peachy Strawberry Smoothie
29 ounces canned peaches, drained
1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
1 tablespoon shredded coconut
4 ice cubes
Combine all ingredients in a blender. Makes 3 ½ cups.
You may substitute frozen peach slices (about one cup) for fresh. When using frozen peaches, eliminate ice cubes and add nonfat milk as necessary to create a smooth consistency.
1 cup vanilla yogurt
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 ice cubes
Combine ingredients in blender. Puree until smooth. Serves 1
