NEWS & ARTICLE CLIPS

As in the past, the July & August summer newsletters will be sent once a month! (so all of us in the unpredictable Northeast can enjoy the summer sun...)

Your family dietitian encourages you and your family to slip away from the computer and slip outside to enjoy the fresh air of summer. What flowers are blooming this week? What vegetable plants have started to flower in your garden? Will any vegetables be ready for picking over the weekend?

Enjoy the summer smoothie recipe in this issue sent by one of our own subscribers, it's a great way to get your family to enjoy fruit!

Happy Summer!
