Granny's Delicious Fruity Slaw

Note: This recipe contributed by "Granny" from New Jersey who entered it in the recipe contest on www.healthy-kid-recipes.com!

Ingredients:

1 Bag of shredded cabbbage and carrot coleslaw mix

1 20 oz. can of crushed pineapple and juice

1 15 oz. can mandarin oranges drained

2 tsp. white vinegar

2 tsp. olive oil

1 oz. orange juice

1/2 tsp. caraway seeds

Pour ice water over coleslaw mix and drain. Let crisp in covered dish overnight. Add other ingredients. Serve as side dish.
