Kindy's Musings....

A New Focus on Preventing Child Obesity

When addressing the behavioral factors contributing to childhood obesity, sleep should not be overlooked.

A new study showed that lack of sleep may be linked to childhood obesity. The study found more than 30% of kids who didn't get enough nighttime rest gained too much weight.

As we focus on envisioning a healthy and fit nation of children and families, we will continue to focus in this monthly newletter how to stop blaming and start the action!

Read more about the sleep study below.

Enjoy this week of celebrating thankfullness with your family and focus on getting some rest and much-need sleep to face the busy holiday season ahead. Thanksgiving Blessings!
