Happy Spring - Yes Spring is on the Way!!

Since 2013, we have been on the road selling delicious and healthy smoothies!

Our goal is to make it easier for families and consumers to enjoy healthy and nutritious beverages at celebrations and events through our mobile food van and smoothie bar, SMOOTHIES ON WHEELS!

We love art and music festivals, adore events promoting seasonal fruit and vegetables and especially love any venue near the ocean. We will come by your party with our mobile smoothie tiki bar - think weddings, school dances and mitzvahs! If we can park our Sprinter van at your venue, we will bring the fun smoothie beverages so you can 'Taste & See'.....

As a registered dietitian, I specialize in helping the consumer who wants to make naturally healthy beverage and whole food product choices. Yes, there really is a dietitian driving that big van with the fruit pictures on it!

Cashew Cinnamon Smoothie

Winter smoothies taste the best with a liberal dose of nuts in them. With a healthy dose of antioxidants and omega-3 fatty acids, nuts or nut milk are the food to go to when you are blue with cold and to give it a delicious twist add, the Greek yogurt.

1cup cashew milk 1/2cup whole milk Greek yogurt 1/2frozen banana 2/3cup pumpkin puree 1pinch ground cinnamon Method: Combine the cashew milk, yogurt, banana, pumpkin puree, cinnamon in the blender.

Ginger is the warming spice which notches up the fat-burning quotient of the body pretty efficiently. This is one of the best breakfast options served in a glass. It should be on your list of easy healthy smoothie recipes.
