Fall means crisp leaves on sidewalks, pumpkins on porch steps, and hearty soups on stoves. It's also the peak season for one of our favorite produce picks: pumpkins and cranberries.
Images of the Thanksgiving table emerge with pies and relishes. But let's divert for a second and think of delicious seasonal fall smoothies made with pumpkins and cranberries.

We will come by your party with our mobile smoothie tiki bar - think weddings, school dances and mitzvahs! If we can park our Sprinter van at your venue, we will bring the fun smoothie beverages so you can 'Taste & See'.....

2 Bananas, frozen
2 Tablespoons Almond Butter
½ Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
Servings in this Recipe: 1
Nutrition Facts Per Serving
Total Carbs 57.1 g
Dietary Fiber 11.8 g
Protein 12.4 g
1. Add all ingredients to your Tall Cup and extract for 30 seconds, or until smooth.
CASHEW CINNAMON SMOOTHIE
1cup cashew milk
1/2cup whole milk Greek yogurt
1/2 frozen banana
2/3 cup pumpkin puree
1 pinch ground cinnamon
Method: Combine the cashew milk, yogurt, banana, pumpkin puree, cinnamon in the blender.
¼ cup ice cubes
½ frozen bananas
¾ cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
½ teaspoon fresh ginger grated
½ teaspoon cinnamon
2 teaspoons molasses
Crystallized ginger for garnish (optional)
Method: Combine all of the ingredients, except the crystallized ginger, in your blender.Blend well until smooth. Serve with crystallized ginger on top.
